Publish blog posts directly to your WordPress site with full support for:

  • Draft or immediate publishing
  • Scheduled publishing with timezone support
Requirements:
  • WordPress 5.6+ (for Application Passwords)
  • HTTPS enabled on your WordPress site

X (Twitter)

Share tweets and threads with:
  • Real-time character counting
  • Thread support for longer content
  • Automatic token refresh (6-month validity)
  • Profile link integration
  • Queue-based scheduling with API limit compliance
Limits:
  • Maximum 3 time slots per day to comply with rate limits

Setting Up Connections

WordPress Setup

  1. Navigate to Publishing Settings in your brand dashboard
  2. Click Add WordPress Site
  3. Enter your site details:
    • Site URL: Your WordPress site (e.g., https://example.com)
    • Username: Your WordPress username or email
    • Application Password: Generate from WordPress admin panel

Generating WordPress Application Password:

  1. Log into your WordPress admin panel
  2. Go to Users → Profile
  3. Scroll to Application Passwords
  4. Enter a name (e.g., “DumplingAI”)
  5. Click Add New Application Password
  6. Copy the generated password (spaces included)

X (Twitter) Setup

  1. Navigate to Publishing Settings
  2. Click Connect X Account
  3. Authorize DumplingAI to access your X account
  4. Your account will be connected

Publishing Content

Direct Publishing

From Content Library

  1. Open your Content Library
  2. Find the content you want to publish
  3. Click the Publish button on the content card
  4. Select your publishing connection
  5. Configure settings (categories, scheduling, etc.)
  6. Click Publish Now or Schedule

From Opportunity Details

  1. View an opportunity with generated content
  2. Click Publish to [Platform] next to the content
  3. Configure publishing settings
  4. Publish immediately or schedule for later

Queue-Based Scheduling

The platform uses a sophisticated queue system for optimal content distribution:
  1. Create Publishing Schedules
    • Define time slots for each day of the week
    • Set maximum posts per time slot
    • Configure timezone for your audience
  2. Add to Queue
    • Content is automatically assigned to available time slots
    • Maintains consistent posting frequency
    • Respects platform-specific limits
  3. Automatic Processing
    • Queue processes every 10 minutes
    • Content publishes at scheduled times
    • Failed posts retry with exponential backoff

Publishing Calendar

The calendar view provides a comprehensive overview of your content schedule:
  • Week/Month views for planning
  • Color-coded by platform and status
  • Quick actions for editing or canceling

Publishing History

Track all your published content in one place:

Status Types

  • Published: Successfully posted to platform
  • Scheduled: Queued for future publishing
  • Failed: Publishing failed after retries
  • Pending: In queue awaiting slot assignment

Managing Failed Posts

When a post fails to publish:
  1. View the error details in Publishing History
  2. Click the Retry button to attempt again
  3. Failed posts automatically retry 3 times with exponential backoff
  4. Authentication errors trigger automatic token refresh
  • Filter by platform (WordPress, X, LinkedIn)
  • Filter by status (Published, Scheduled, Failed)
  • Search by content title or connection name
  • Export publishing reports
